One person worth mentioning is Retired Brig Gen. Rafael T. Delson who retired almost two years ago. He used to head BJMP Region I and Cordellira before calling it quits. He’s from Guinzadan, Bauko Mt Province. He’s a sibling of Dr Joseph Delson and Dr (Educator) Marcelino Delson. Cheers!
