From Mississaugaga.com:
The accused is a general labourer “with a history of committing break-and-enters,” said Peel Homicide Insp. Norm English.
Police believe Dulnuan, 27, was killed as she tried to prevent a robbery inside the luxury home on Doulton Place, just off Mississauga Rd. and north of the QEW.
“The home was robbed and cash and jewellery were removed,” said English. “During the course of this burglary, Jocelyn was forcibly confined and murdered.”
English said the accused is originally from Ecuador and has landed immigrant status in Canada. Police said he was preparing to leave for South America in the next few days.
The suspect specializes in renovation and tile work in the GTA, but English said he has never worked at the Doulton Place home.Police said Dulnuan didn’t know the suspect.
More arrests are expected and a source close to the case said there are people known to the housekeeper who are connected to the crime. Read the full report here.
