  1. will try to buy a copy (or ask a friend in baguio to buy me one) when i get to baguio…

which reminds me i’m still looking for records of baguio/benguet local music…

  2. Seriously, what does Badjao had to do with Kalinga? Or does that pertain to the artists themselves? Just curious. I like their mix tho.Not the usual Cordi thing.

  3. Hi Arcibald,
I read that it’s also available at Conspiracy Bar sa may Visayas Ave, in case you go there by any chance.

I’m sure there are Benguet local music but we still haven’t heard of them. Will try to ask around and blog about it in the future. Thanks.

    Hi Pureza,
I wondered about that. Baka may dugong Badjao din ang members ng band. Really nice mix, no. Thanks.

  4. hi there!

Charles Wandag aka Badjao is a native of kalinga now based in Idaho. He started performing in Baguio with reggae songs particularly in Ayuyang Bar before performing in manila. (xymaca, 70 bistro, conspiracy…) pls lets support his album! Jah Bless!

  5. Hi Pureza, of what i know of him, Charles got his name “Badjao” in lepanto mines tho he is a native of Tanudan, Kalinga, He loves the river and swimming that his hair is always brown and hes dark, from then he was called that name and Badjao carried it all through out these years. by the way I got my album in Ayuyang and its really different, I love it, its a must-buy!

  6. hi bill, just got my copy last sunday, bought it in ayuyang in the evening before my bus trip to manila, for 235pesos, and i like it!
