What i know about those who are stealing current is those who uses them in welding ,those who have shops..I don’t know if it is true that davidson hotel was also apprehended for stealing electricity, and 1 politician whose bill is almost a million…i will ask clifford this saturday if it is true, he is my classmate in MPA (masters in Public admin)
