He entered the Philippine Military Academy and I enlisted in the US Navy. Way back then our vision was to do either way due to the fact we had very poor resources. One thing for sure, I always respect his relentless struggle in the pursuit of his dream. We both had smooth sailing somehow. I think the declaration can be binding.
