I wasn't really watching but I was familiear with the voice, when I looked, it was Domogan nga.<br/><br/>Apparently, there are many cheap BUT substandard cements in Northern Luzon but the high-quality ones are too expensive.<br/><br/>Sayang, parang maganda pa man din yung pagkakadesign nung flyover.. di katulad nung nasa Magsaysay.
