Sibayan (both city high class 57) just finished dinner. While my friend was paying, the pinay cashier asked me where I was from; and I promptly said: I'm from Baguio, and an Igorot. And she insisted I was kidding. Adm Sibayan and my friend said that said they're igorots too (both are actually Baguio Ilocanos). Sometimes you wonder if who amongst us are cave dwellers; for their sheer lack of education and for being so stupid. About two months ago, myself, another co-baguio boy and retired vice admiral T.
